Landlord Service Fees

At Tyneside, we understand that every landlord takes a different approach to their property investment. That is why, alongside our standard services, we also offer bespoke services specially tailored to your individual needs. If there is anything you require that is not already part of our comprehensive Full Management service, we will alter your package to suit you. For this reason, we would always prefer you call us to discuss our fees.

  • Tenant Find/Let Only: 50% of the first month's rent
  • Basic Management: 50% of the first month's rent, and then 10% of each month's rent going forward
  • Full Management: 50% of the first month's rent, and then 12% of each month's rent going forward
