At Tyneside, we understand that every landlord takes a different approach to their property investment. That is why, alongside our standard services, we also offer bespoke services specially tailored to your individual needs. If there is anything you require that is not already part of our comprehensive Full Management service, we will alter your package to suit you. For this reason, we would always prefer you call us to discuss our fees.

c. Via our PropertyFile app - with helpful prompts to report maintenance issues and guided information to resolve common problems as well as push notifications to keep them up to date on everything
d. By visiting the office during working hours to discuss problems face-to face
Collecting regular rent payments from the tenants and chasing any unpaid rent with tenants and/or Guarantors
Dealing with all tenant issues discreetly and confidentially, and in line with GDPR, to ensure tenant welfare
Dealing with lost keys and other security devices and arranging replacements when required
Regular reporting to the Landlord in a standard or pre-agreed format
Collecting any Landlord post, or post for previous tenants, and dealing with it appropriately
Conducting quarterly inspections and providing reports and photographs where required
Arranging check-out inspections, organising any required cleaning and remedial work and handling deposit deductions and returns
